Exchanges & Refunds

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or a full refund. We would not normally reimburse you your return postage charges unless the return is required as a result of our error (for example, you received an incorrect or defective item).  If this is the case we will refund you up to a value of £5.00.

If you return part or all of your order for a refund we would not refund the delivery charge as this part of our service to you has been completed. However, we will not charge you a new delivery charge for any replacements requested.

All items for return need to be in perfect condition with labels attached (faulty items are sent back to a different place, please see below).  You should expect to receive your refund very quickly once we receive your parcel. 

Exchange Instructions

Please take care when trying on your new swimwear.  We can only exchange items which have been tried on over the top of underwear. All swimwear must still have its labels attached.

If you would like to exchange an item please send an email to info@turboswimwear.co.uk stating:

Your Name
Order Number (IMPORTANT)
Item Name, Code and Size of the item you wish to return
Item Name, Code and Size of the item you wish to have sent in exchange

Pack up the item (it must still have tags attached) and send it back to us at the address included in our email.

On receipt of the email we will order the exchange item.  On receipt of the returned item we will dispatch the replacement.

Faulty or Defective Items

These have a different returns system, please email us for details.

Refunds

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return your item/s within 28 days of delivery, for a full refund to the original payment.

Once we have received the product(s) with labels attached and if appropriate, any packaging, a refund will be credited to the payment card account within 2 weeks. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for your bank to credit your account. We are not liable, and cannot take responsibility for, any bank or postage charges that you may incur during the refund process.
